It can be associated with a state of exhaustion, often following strenuous activity or exercise. When you experience fatigue, the force behind your muscles’ movements decrease, causing you to feel weaker.
According to sports medicine experts, there are 6 important factors contributing to this type of fatigue:
1_Dehydration: When you feel thirsty, you’ve already lost 2 to 3 percent of your body fluid.” Even this mild dehydration can make you feel tired or lethargic: Your blood volume lowers, which means you don’t get as much blood to your brain and your heart has to pump harder.
2_Hypothyroidism: Fatigue is a nearly-universal symptom of hypothyroidism (an underactive thyroid), occurring as a result of the decrease in thyroid hormone production. … You may feel like you can’t get through a day without a nap, or you sleep more than usual but still feel completely exhausted.
